Redco II is a leading manufacturer of perlite and perlite products. Located in Southern California, Redco serves markets in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, as well as exporting perlite to various locations in Asia and the Pacific Rim.

In addition, Redco is committed to developing new markets and applications for perlite. Our personnel are very active in the perlite industry. James Duncan, our president, has served on the Board of Director's of the Perlite Institute since 1996. In addition he has chaired the Construction & Industrial Products committee and has served on numerous task groups. Greg Moore, a key member of the Redco team, has also served in the Perlite Institute, at one time chairing the Horticultural Products Committee. Greg is recognized as one of the top horticultural perlite experts in the industry. But his knowledge goes beyond horticulture and he is also an expert in a wide range of construction and industrial applications for perlite.
Redco is part of a vertically integrated group of companies. This includes American Perlite Company which mines crude perlite ore from its source in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
